Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by

the Welsh Ministers to determine

CARMARTHENSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER

PUBLIC FOOTPATH 62/11 BRIARDALE, FERRYSIDE

and will attend at:

Ferryside Village Hall, Hall Terrace, Ferryside, Carmarthenshire, SA17 5SN.

 

The Public Inquiry for the Footpath 62/11 has been POSTPONED - no further details are available 

To hold an inquiry into the Inspector’s proposed modifications to the Order as contained in his letter dated 17th February 2015.

The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications will be to correct the alignment of the footpath from a point north of ‘Cartrefle’ and running in a north-easterly direction towards ‘Haven View’ before turning south then east as shown on the Order Map and described in the Order schedule.

The effect of the proposed modification(s) would be to:

(a) In Part I of the schedule delete the words ‘Width - 0.91 metres’ from the description of the path or way to be deleted and in the description of the path or way to be added.

(b) In Part I of the schedule in the paragraph headed description of path or way to be added delete the ‘approximately 38 metres to (Point F on the map)’ and insert ‘approximately 27 metres (Point G on the map)’.

(c) In Part II of the schedule delete the words ‘Width 0.91 metres’.

(d) Amend the map to the Order to show that part of the footpath to be added G-D along the dashed red line as attached and delete that part of the footpath to be added G-F-D.

Please Note: The Inspector will be unable to hear objections or representations relating to the unmodified part(s) of the Order.
